Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Balance stakeholder leadership and team management with hands-on technical guidance, delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-grade outcomes.
• Own stakeholder engagement: discovery, roadmap, prioritization, KPI alignment, executive updates.
• Lead a team: planning, estimates, reviews, mentoring, and issue unblocking.
• Architect and guide hands-on builds across Canvas/Model-driven Apps, cloud flows, BI models/reports
• Ensure enterprise-level scalability, reliability, security (incl. RLS/OLS), and performance optimization.
• Define robust data models/KPIs and quality checks; coordinate UAT, change management.
• Integrate with enterprise systems (REST APIs, Azure/SQL/Dataverse, files/SharePoint;).
• 6–9 years total experience; 4+ years delivering on Power Platform with measurable business impact.
• Proven stakeholder leadership and people management (team mentoring, delivery oversight).
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise: Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud flows), Power BI (semantic models, DAX, Power Query), Dataverse.
• Strong SQL, DAX, M and performance tuning for large datasets/complex logic.
• Experience executing enterprise implementations (security, scale, resiliency, monitoring) and cross-system integrations.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and risk management in Agile environments.
• Power Platform certifications (PL-200/PL-400/PL-600).
• Retail domain exposure
• Microsoft Fabric/advanced Power BI; Azure data services awareness (ADF/Databricks/Synapse).
